The Stand Mounted Movable Vertical Laminar Air Flow (SMVLAF) Unit is specially designed to provide a clean, particle-controlled working environment for contamination-sensitive operations. The unit delivers uniform HEPA-filtered vertical laminar airflow over the entire work area, ensuring superior product protection during critical processes such as filling, sampling, transfer, inspection, and packing operations.
Air is drawn through a pre-filter and then passed through a high-efficiency HEPA filter via a plenum chamber. The filtered air flows vertically downward in a unidirectional pattern, minimizing turbulence and preventing airborne contamination within the working zone.Its movable stand-mounted design with caster wheels allows easy relocation within production and cleanroom areas, making it ideal for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, laboratory, electronics, and cleanroom applications.
