Biosafety Cabinets (BSC) are advanced enclosed and ventilated workstations designed to provide protection to the operator, product, and laboratory environment from hazardous biological contaminants such as bacteria, viruses, and airborne particles. These cabinets are widely used in pharmaceutical laboratories, biotechnology facilities, microbiology labs, healthcare sectors, research institutes, tissue culture applications, and cleanroom environments.

 

The exhaust air is passed through high-efficiency HEPA filtration systems to ensure complete containment and removal of hazardous contaminants. Depending on the application and protection level required, Biosafety Cabinets are available in Class I, Class II (A2/B2), and Class III configurations.
