Working Principle
The Air Shower operates by recirculating high-velocity HEPA-filtered air through adjustable stainless steel nozzles positioned along the side walls. During the air shower cycle, contaminants are dislodged from personnel or material surfaces and captured through the filtration system before clean air is recirculated.
An electro-mechanical interlocking system prevents both doors from opening simultaneously, ensuring proper contamination control and maintaining cleanroom integrity.
